Hong Kong Intro | First Impressions, Crappy Overpriced Hotel, Bus Transportation Airport to Kowloon When a flight from Chiang Mai to Hong Kong came available, we jumped on it. Using the bus to get from the air port to the city paired with a cheap flight, we left Chiang Mai and made it into Hong Kong for less that per person. First impressions of the city were that it is a lot like NYC and Bangkok mixed, but definitely cleaner than both. Much more expensive than BKK though. Take a video tour of Hong Kong with us.
